June is shaping up to be a busy month- this week I leave for Squam, my husband has an important week at work, and I just received news of a (huge) work project that starts full on in a few weeks. So this weekend, before the busyness sets in, we took time to relax and enjoy the sudden appearance of hot, summery weather. Included in our relaxation agenda was a trip to the farmers market, and oh my…the flowers were out of this world! Robin Hollow Farm knocks me flat each week with their flower offerings, and this week was no exception.
I brought home a lovely, simple bouquet of ranunculus, which I dropped into a little blue jar and set on our bedroom dresser. It offers a little pop of color, and a wonderful reminder to slow down and enjoy the beginning of this beautiful season.
